We are closed for the winter due to cold temperatures. Because animal safety is our priority, we do not ship live arachnids until the weather warms up.

How long will the shipping suspension last?

Typically, this period lasts from 2-3 months, though the specific timeframe depends on how long the cold weather hangs on.

Why can’t I browse or purchase spiders while shipping is paused?

Maintaining listings during this period is troublesome due to inventory changes, such as sales made at in-person expos and the spiders continue to grow and change. We often need to make size and pricing adjustments before we reopen for orders.

Why don't you allow pre-orders or leave the listings up?

We feel it would not be fair to anyone to set an expectation or get their hopes up regarding a specific animal. We want to avoid a situation where shipping resumes and you find that the species you wanted is out of stock or is different from the listing you originally saw.
