$40 Minimum Order Required to Ship

Shipping to Continental US only. Shipping days typically Monday to Wednesday.  You will be notified prior to shipment going out. 

"LAG" - live arrival guarantee :

• USA sales only.
• $40 minimum purchase
• Overnight Fedex shipping.
• Temps between 40-90F for LAG coverage
• Not responsible for carrier delays/lost packages
• Freebies do not fall under LAG
• DOAs must be reported within 6 hours with photo or video proof.
• DOA photos must show a pin through the specimen for proof of death.
• In the case of DOA's refund will be issued
• I unfortunately cannot refund shipping costs
•  I may make certain exceptions to some of these terms on a case by case basis.
• Shipping is flat rate and may be adjusted in certain situations.

ORDER PLACED. WHEN DOES IT SHIP?

As of February 18, 2026, all orders ship Monday through Wednesday.

• Orders placed before 8:00 PM EST will ship the next available shipping day (Mon–Wed) unless we contact you with different instructions.

• Example: An order placed at 7:00 PM EST on Sunday will ship Monday for Tuesday arrival.

I PLACED AN ORDER AT 2AM , WHY WONT IT SHIP THAT DAY?

Shipping live animals requires careful preparation. We need time to gather your order, prepare packing materials, and ensure every animal is shipped safely and in good health. Orders placed late at night will ship on the next available shipping day.

WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN IT'S COLD OR HOT OUTSIDE?

We are fully prepared to ship safely in less‑than‑ideal weather conditions.
• We use heat packs or ice packs as needed.
• Standard safe shipping range: 40°F–90°F.
• Shipments outside this range may be possible but could void Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG).
Please contact us before ordering if temperatures are extreme so we can plan the safest option.

HOW IS IT PACKED?

Your tarantula will be packed securely based on its size:
• Deli cups
• Large vials
• Small vials
All of these are standard, safe methods used throughout the hobby.
If you have trouble getting the spider out of the vial, simply place the open vial inside the new enclosure and give it time. The tarantula will come out on its own. Never poke or prod the animal.
